When you use PakJobs for career discovery, test preparation, or application lodgment, we collect:

• Candidate Identity: Full Name, Father’s Name, CNIC number, Date of Birth, Gender, Domicile (District and Province), Religion, and Hafiz-e-Quran / Disability status.
• Academic Qualifications: SSC, HSSC, Bachelor’s, Master’s, MPhil/PhD degrees, passing years, total and obtained marks, division/CGPA, and awarding institutions.
• Application Documents: Passport-size blue-background photograph, scanned CNIC (front/back), domicile certificate, departmental NOC, and Treasury Challan receipts.
• Technical Metadata: Device type, browser user agent, IP address, and interaction analytics to optimize service delivery on 2G/3G connections.

2. How We Use Candidate Information

Your data is strictly utilized for the following authorized recruitment purposes:

• Matching candidate qualifications and age against statutory Service Rules and Provincial Quotas.
• Populating Form 32-A Treasury Challan slips and Pakistan Post Registered Application labels.
• Executing automated candidate lodgment (Auto-Apply) or Human Concierge lodgment on official testing commission portals (FPSC, PPSC, SPSC, KPPSC, BPSC, NTS) with explicit user consent.
• Dispatching WhatsApp and SMS examination roll number slip alerts and interview schedule reminders.

3. Document Vault & Cryptographic Security

Candidate dossiers saved in the Candidate Document Vault are stored in sandboxed local browser storage using client-side encryption. Files are rendered into strict public sector formats (e.g. 25KB, 300×350px photo resizing) directly within your browser’s HTML5 canvas without transiting unencrypted external intermediate servers.

4. Data Sharing & Commission Disclosures

We disclose candidate data exclusively to:

• Official Recruitment Commissions: The designated Federal or Provincial portal (e.g., `online.fpsc.gov.pk` or `ppsc.gop.pk`) upon candidate order submission.
• Licensed Payment Gateways: 1Link, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or National Bank of Pakistan for treasury challan verification.
• Law Enforcement Agencies: When strictly mandated by a lawful warrant issued under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016.

5. Candidate Rights & Data Erasure

Every Pakistani citizen using PakJobs has the right to:

• Inspect and export all stored application dossiers and profile credentials at any time.
• Clear their local Document Vault in 1-click via the Candidate Vault dashboard.
• Opt-out of WhatsApp notification alerts by replying "STOP" to our official bot number.
