Terms of Service & User Agreement

1. Candidate Eligibility & Representation

By creating an account or lodging an application through PakJobs, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a bona fide citizen of Pakistan or an AJK/Gilgit-Baltistan national.
• You possess a valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or Smart National Identity Card.
• All educational certificates, division scores, domicile districts, and age credentials provided are true, authentic, and verifiable by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) and relevant testing authorities.

2. Appointment of Proxy for Application Lodgment

When initiating 1-Click Auto-Apply or 🤝 We Handle Everything (Concierge):

• You explicitly appoint PakJobs Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its authorized case officers as your legal digital proxy to fill out the specified official application form on your behalf.
• You authorize PakJobs to transmit your provided biodata and document attachments to the respective official recruitment portal (e.g. FPSC, PPSC, SPSC, KPPSC, BPSC, NTS, NJP).
• You understand that appointment of a filing proxy does not guarantee employment, selection, or interview clearance, which remain solely at the discretion of the recruiting department.

3. Service Fees, Treasury Challans & Payment Rails

PakJobs provides transparent pricing in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):

• Government Treasury Challan Fee: The statutory fee charged by the recruiting department (e.g. Rs. 300 for BPS-16/17, Rs. 1,000 for CSS, Rs. 600 for PPSC). This fee is deposited into the designated National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) or State Bank of Pakistan treasury head.
• Convenience & Lodgment Fee: A nominal facilitation fee charged by PakJobs for AI form automation or human concierge processing.
• Accepted Payment Methods: PakJobs Candidate Wallet, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, 1Bill/1Link Bank Transfer, and NBP cash vouchers.

4. 100% Money-Back Refund Policy

We operate an unconditional money-back guarantee under the following circumstances:

• If our system fails to submit your completed application to the commission portal prior to the advertised closing date and cutoff time.
• If a commission portal server crash permanently prevents submission after you have paid for concierge processing.
• Refunds are credited immediately back to your PakJobs Wallet or reversed to your original JazzCash / EasyPaisa account within 24 business hours.

Note: Fees are non-refundable once an official submission receipt with tracking number has been successfully generated and delivered.

5. Intellectual Property & Newspaper Advertisements

Job gazettes, recruitment syllabus notices, and public advertisements indexed on PakJobs originate from public domain publications and government recruitment authorities. PakJobs software, user interface, AI question compilers, and 460+ specialized calculators are proprietary property protected under Pakistani Copyright laws.

6. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved amicably through the PakJobs Consumer Dispute Grievance Desk. If unresolved, the exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts of Islamabad Capital Territory, Pakistan.
